Apple Launches Engaging Workshops on Swift Playgrounds and GarageBand at The Exchange TRX

  • Instructor: James Abela, an award-winning educator and Director of Digital Learning and Entrepreneurship at Garden International School.
  • Session Overview: Participants will learn how to design interactive, Malaysia-inspired digital postcards using Swift Playgrounds and the Apple Pencil. With James’s guidance, they’ll not only gain insights into the basics of Swift coding but also develop the skills needed to bring their creative ideas to life. Ultimately, they’ll be able to share a unique piece of digital art that not only reflects their learning and creativity but also showcases their individual perspective.

Make Beats Anywhere with GarageBand on iPad

  • Date and Time: Monday, 25th November from 3PM to 4PM.
  • Instructor: Steve Jackman, a music education specialist known for his use of iPad technology to inspire student creativity globally.
  • Session Overview: Steve will lead participants in discovering how to turn everyday sounds into beats with GarageBand. In this hands-on session, attendees will not only explore but also experiment with loops, samples, and environmental sounds.
