Lenovo has announced the follow up to the Lenovo Smart Clock and Smart Clock Essential, the Lenovo Smart Clock 2 which comes with a design overhaul.
The new Google Assistant powered Smart Clock comes with an optional wireless charging dock. According to Lenovo, the clock can also act as a soft, ambient nightlight.
The new Smart Clock comes with an updated design which is made to blend in with any home decor. Lenovo also says that 85 percent of the plastic on the device is made from recycled materials.
The Smart Clock 2 looks a lot less like a clock compared to the Smart Clock and Smart Clock Essential. The device is a lot taller and there is a larger fabric chin below the four-inch screen. It seems to be made to look more like a smart display than an alarm clock.
The Smart Clock 2 launched at $89.99 and will be available in September 2021.
