Samsung’s F series is known as their affordable line of smartphones and the company are gearing up to launch their latest device in the series, the Galaxy F22. The F22 looked set to be a rebranded version of the A22 4G that was launched in Europe a while ago but the official spec list of the F22 confirms that it will launch with a bigger battery.

The F line of smartphones are mostly meant for the Indian market and this does not change with the F22. Samsung will debut the smartphone on July 6th and a teaser put out by Flipkart has confirmed the key specs.

The biggest attraction towards this device will probably be the 6000mAh battery. The phone also features a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED Display with a 90Hz refresh rate. An image of the device shows us that it will have a U shaped notch in the centre.

In terms of cameras, the phone will have a 48MP main sensor. There are also three other cameras at the back but it is still unclear exactly what those sensors are. You can probably expect them to be an ultra wide, depth and macro sensor.

The Galaxy F22 looks set to launch at under Rs 15,000 which is the equivalent of around $200 which puts it in direct competition with the likes of Realme and Redmi.
