Apple’s “Transform Your New Year” Series: Free Workshops for iPhone Photography

Apple is offering free workshops to help you capture the best photos and videos of your New Year celebrations. The workshops are part of Apple’s “Transform Your New Year” series, which is running from the 4th of January to the 14th of February. The workshops will take place at Apple Stores, and they will cover a variety of topics. Specifically, they will focus on how to capture unique portraits. In addition, participants will learn how to showcase their New Year style. Finally, the workshops will offer tips on preserving special memories using an iPhone.

The first workshop, “Capture Unique New Year Portraits on iPhone,” will be held from the 10th of January to the 14th of February. Photographer Ye Ju will lead the workshop. First, you’ll learn how to use different perspectives, compositions, and poses to capture stunning photos of your family and friends. Next, the workshop will introduce key features, including Camera Control, Ultra Wide camera, and Portrait mode. Moreover, you’ll explore Pano mode and, finally, learn how to edit your photos using Photographic Styles.

The second workshop, “Showcase Your New Year Style on iPhone with May Ho,” will be held on Saturday, 18th of January from 3:00-4:30pm. The workshop will be led by content creator May Ho, who will show you how to create fun, dynamic videos and let your personality shine.

The third workshop, “Capturing Memories on iPhone with William & Celine,” will be held on Sunday, 19th of January from 3:00-4:30pm. The workshop will be led by photographers William Seng and Celine Chan, who will teach you how to capture heartwarming festive photos using features like Depth Control, Portrait Lighting, and Photographic Styles.
