After teasing us last December, ASUS Malaysia has officially rolled out the ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3405), a sleek and powerful ultraportable laptop that’s making waves in the Zenbook Classic series. The highlight? Taking ultraportable computing to a whole new level, ASUS Malaysia introduces the first-ever AI-powered Intel Core Ultra laptop in the country.

At its core, the Zenbook 14 OLED packs Intel Evo Edition technology, featuring the Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and Intel Arc graphics. This combo promises users enhanced efficiency, making the most of its I/O ports — two Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, HDMI 2.1 (TMDS), and a 3.5mm audio jack — for hassle-free connectivity.
The 3K ASUS Lumina OLED 120Hz display and powerful new speakers deliver an immersive experience. User-friendly features include face login, an FHD IR camera with a physical shutter, and a quiet ASUS ErgoSense keyboard.
Designed for on-the-go lifestyles, the Zenbook 14 OLED is both lightweight and durable. The all-metal chassis is just 14.9mm thin and weighs only 1.2kg, making it about 10% more compact than its predecessor. The 75Wh battery, supporting up to 20% more charging cycles than before, ensures up to 15 hours of unplugged use.
The Zenbook 14 OLED doesn’t just look good; it performs exceptionally well too. Featuring Intel Evo Edition technology, it houses AI-powered Intel Core Ultra processors and Intel Arc graphics. This ensures a smooth and efficient experience, with ultrafast 1TB SSD storage, 32GB LPDDR5X, and WiFi 6E.

ASUS is stepping up its game in terms of sustainability. The Zenbook 14 OLED incorporates up to 50% post-consumer-recycled (PCR) materials and boasts 100% recyclable packaging. Exceeding the ENERGY STAR power-efficiency standard by 50%, it’s a testament to ASUS’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Price and availability
The ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3405) is hitting the Malaysian market in two variants. The Intel Core Ultra 7 155H model, with 32GB RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 storage, is priced at RM5,999. While the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H variant, featuring 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, comes in at RM4,499. You can purchase both models in Ponder Blue from ASUS authorized resellers on Shopee and Lazada starting today. Additionally, the Foggy Silver option is expected to arrive in Malaysia at a later date.
