Final Fantasy XIV is Coming to Mobile
Square Enix has announced that the beloved MMORPG, Final Fantasy XIV, is making its way to mobile devices. This exciting news has stirred the gaming community. Fans are eagerly anticipating the chance to experience the game on the go.
Pre-registration for the mobile version is now open, allowing players to sign up and stay updated on the latest developments. Developed by Lightspeed Studios under the license of Square Enix, the mobile version aims to capture the essence of the original game. As a result, it offers a seamless experience for both new and existing players.
“It has been 11 years since FFXIV 2.0: A Realm Reborn launched, and this new mobile game will be a sister to FFXIV, aiming to recreate the grandeur of the original’s story and combat mechanics on mobile devices,” said Naoki Yoshida, Final Fantasy XIV Online Producer and Director. “Non-combat features, such as Disciples of the Land and Hand, will also be faithfully implemented and we look forward to growing alongside the passionate FFXIV community.”
The mobile version will feature nine different jobs. It will also offer a diverse range of playable races. Additionally, there will be 11 crafting and gathering classes available. Players can indulge in activities like fishing, mining, alchemy, and more.
A playable demo is set to launch in China, followed by a global release. To learn more and pre-register, visit the official FF14 mobile website.
