Lenovo has announced their new Yoga Tab 13, a global version of the Yoga Pad Pro that launched in China earlier this year. This tablet caught the eyes of many as it can function as an external display for a laptop thanks to the built-in Micro HDMI port.
The Tab 13 was announced alongside a few other Android Tablets that Lenovo are launching later this summer. This includes a smaller Yoga Tab 11, a Tab P11 Plus and a budget oriented Tab M7 and Tab M8.
The new Tab 13 comes with support for Lenovo’s Precision Pen 2. This means that you can draw and take notes while it is propped up. The Tab 13 also comes with an 8MP camera with background noise reduction for video calls. The Tab 13 should get you up to 12 hours of battery life according to Lenovo.
This new slew of tablets all support Google’s new Entertainment Space which allows users to access videos, books and games from multiple different apps in a single hub.
Lenovo has a decent track record with entertainment focused tablets so the expectations for this new line is pretty high. The new Tab 13 launches at $649 in the US.
