Nothing has officially unveiled its highly anticipated Nothing Phone (3), marking the company’s return to the high-end smartphone market since 2023. Dubbed a “true flagship” by the company, the Phone (3) introduces the innovative ‘Glyph Matrix’ display and a top-tier spec sheet, commanding a starting price of USD799 (approximately RM3,365).

Flagship Performance and Display
The Nothing Phone (3) is powered by the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, coupled with options for 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage. Its visual prowess comes from a stunning 6.67-inch AMOLED display, which Nothing refers to as “1.5K resolution” (2800×1260). This vibrant panel boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i on the front and Victus on the back.

Nothing OS 3.5: AI 15 with Nothing OS 3.5, the device promises a robust software experience with an industry-leading 5 years of major Android updates and 7 years of security updates. Community-made “Toys” like Magic 8 Ball and Leveler are already available, and a Caller ID feature for the Matrix is slated for a “soon” release. Interaction with the Glyph Matrix is facilitated by a touch-sensitive area on the back that doubles as a button.

This includes a main rear camera, a 3x telephoto lens that can also serve for macro photography, and an ultrawide lens.
