Although the OnePlus Nord CE 5G just launched, that does not seem to be stopping OnePlus from launching another new Nord device, the successor to the Nord 100 – the OnePlus Nord 200. After the company released a photo of the device last week, leaker Evan Blass has now released the rumoured spec list.
Blass has posted what looks like a complete spec sheet of the OnePlus Nord 200 alongside a render of the phone. Since we already knew what the device looks like, let’s focus on what’s going on under the hood.
According to the report, the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 480 5G which is a chip designed for budget smartphones and can be found in devices like the Oppo A93 5G and the Nokia X20. There will also be 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage which will be expandable up to 256GB.
The device could also pack a 6.49-inch LCD FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It may also feature a 5000 mAh cell and support 18W fast charging. The cameras on the device will be a triple camera setup with a 13MP primary lens, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP monochrome sensor. The selfie camera will be a 16MP sensor.
There probably will not be an in-display fingerprint scanner as the spec sheet says it will have a side mounted sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C port. The device will also probably only be available in North America but there is no confirmation on that yet.
