vivo Malaysia has officially confirmed the upcoming launch of its vivo V40 series in Malaysia. The mid-range smartphone lineup, consisting of the standard V40 and the Pro variant, will make its debut soon.
vivo V40 Series Coming to Malaysia Soon
Both models promise to deliver impressive camera performance thanks to their Zeiss-tuned optics, with a particular focus on portrait photography. While vivo Malaysia hasn’t revealed the specifications of the V40, the device was already unveiled in Europe. Based on that, the device features a stunning 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. Under the hood, it packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, while the storage and RAM configurations remain a mystery for now.
The camera setup on the V40 is equally impressive, featuring a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP selfie camera. The V40 Pro, on the other hand, takes things a step further with an additional 50MP telephoto lens. Both devices share a massive 5,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. In terms of durability, the V40 is IP68 rated, while the Pro offers an even higher IP69 rating.
