Acer Gadget, a subsidiary of Acer, has made a splash at COMPUTEX 2025 with the unveiling of its AI-powered wearables and smart mobility solutions. Specifically, the company showcased two highly anticipated products: the Acer FreeSense Ring and the Acer AI TransBuds. Moreover, these were presented alongside its expanding range of e-mobility devices, further highlighting Acer Gadget’s commitment to future-ready technology. These new offerings underscore Acer Gadget’s strategic focus on integrating artificial intelligence into everyday wellness and communication, while also catering to the growing demand for sustainable urban and outdoor transportation.
Acer FreeSense Ring: Sleek Form and AI-Enhanced Wellness Insights On-the-Go
The Acer FreeSense Ring takes centre stage as a sleek and sophisticated health monitoring device. Crafted from lightweight titanium alloy, the ring boasts a minimalist design while packing advanced biometric sensors capable of tracking vital physiological metrics including heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels, and sleep quality. A dedicated mobile application seamlessly analyses the collected data, providing users with personalised wellness insights and actionable suggestions.
Key features include detailed sleep stage analysis and continuous tracking, empowering users to proactively manage their health and enhance their lifestyle awareness.
Notably, Acer Gadget is offering full access to all health data without any subscription fees, positioning the FreeSense Ring as a practical and cost-effective daily wellness companion. The ring will be available in matt Rose Gold and gloss Black finishes, in sizes ranging from #7 to #13.
Acer AI TransBuds: Real-Time AI Translation for Seamless Communication
Addressing the challenges of multilingual communication, Acer Gadget also introduced the Acer AI TransBuds. The designers created these lightweight and compact earbuds to facilitate seamless real-time, two-way voice translation. By connecting to a smartphone or tablet via a plug-in receiver, the AI-powered earbuds leverage advanced speech recognition and semantic analysis to provide instant translations.
A unique feature of the AI TransBuds is that only one person needs to wear the device for effective translation, making it ideal for a variety of scenarios including casual conversations, business meetings, livestreams, and online learning sessions. The earbuds also support live captioning and transcription, enabling users to follow conversations in real-time and review them later. The system currently supports 15 major languages spoken across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
Acer eMobility: Expanding Smart Urban and Outdoor Mobility
Beyond wearables, Acer Gadget is further demonstrating its commitment to expanding smart urban and outdoor mobility by unveiling its latest e-scooter and e-bike lineup. Specifically, the showcased products include the Acer eScooter Series 4 Select, Series 5 Select, Predator ES Storm, and Predator ES Thunder. Moreover, these e-scooters are equipped with powerful 400 W to 500 W motors and feature adaptive brake and suspension systems to ensure enhanced safety and comfort. In addition, riders can conveniently monitor performance and manage security settings through the dedicated Acer eMobility App.
Adding to their mobility offerings, Acer Gadget is also presenting the Predator eRanger, a fat-tire e-bike previously introduced at the Taipei Cycle Show 2025. This highlights the company’s dedication to developing versatile and intelligent mobility solutions for diverse needs.
