Acer Debuts Nitro Intel Arc and Radeon RX 9060 XT OC GPUs for Gamers and Creators

Acer announced an expansion of its graphics card offerings with the introduction of the new Acer Nitro Intel Arc A and B Series, alongside the high-performance Acer Nitro Radeon RX 9060 XT OC graphic cards. The unveiling took place at COMPUTEX 2025 in Taipei.

All new Nitro graphics cards, first and foremost, boast a durable design featuring an aluminium backplate and a non-flex construction, built to withstand the demands of high-performance usage. Moreover, a key feature across the range is Acer Intelligence Space, an integrated central hub that leverages AI to detect system hardware, subsequently recommend compatible AI applications for performance optimization, and furthermore, help users discover new gaming tools. Furthermore, Acer Game Assistance introduces an adaptive aim system for a competitive edge, while Acer ProCam automatically recognizes and records gameplay highlights.

Acer Nitro Intel Arc Graphics Cards

Acer expands its Intel Arc lineup with two new Nitro series cards:

The Acer Nitro Intel Arc B580 OC 12GB is now available in a new white colour option, complementing the previously released black model. With boosted clock speeds up to 2,740 MHz, this card supports high FPS gaming at 1440p and up to 8K displays. Built on the Intel Xe2 microarchitecture, it offers DirectX 12 Ultimate support, enabling ray tracing, mesh shaders, variable rate shading, and sampler feedback for realistic visuals. Intel XeSS Frame Generation (XeSS-FG) significantly boosts FPS, while Intel Xe Low Latency technology (XeLL) reduces input lag. Its compact design ensures easy integration into various DIY setups.

The FrostBlade cooling system, with its textured blade design and dual ball bearing system, not only improves airflow but also reduces noise. Meanwhile, as an Intel Arc GPU, it provides a creator toolkit with the Xe Media Engine, which includes a Dual Media Transcoder for efficient video editing and broad media format support. Furthermore, the AI Playground app, leveraging the XMX AI engines, offers AI-powered image and video creation, editing, as well as chat capabilities.

The Acer Nitro Intel Arc A380 LP 6GB offers a game clock of up to 2,000 MHz. Featuring Xe-cores with integrated Intel XMX AI capabilities and advanced 3D acceleration hardware, its Xe microarchitecture supports DirectX 12 Ultimate and the latest graphics technologies. Xe Super Sampling (XeSS) utilizes AI-enhanced upscaling for higher performance with excellent image quality. This card empowers gamers, streamers, and content creators with robust content creation abilities, including 8K HDR video processing and accelerated 3D workloads. Its media engine and AI capabilities facilitate the creation of engaging content, supporting high-quality and storage-efficient AV1 video. A blower-style fan provides effective cooling.

Acer Nitro Radeon RX 9060 XT OC Graphics Cards

Acer also introduced two new AMD Radeon models:

The Acer Nitro Radeon RX 9060 XT OC 16GB and the Acer Nitro Radeon RX 9060 XT OC 8GB editions. Both cards deliver boost clocks of up to 3,320 MHz and game clocks of up to 2,780 MHz. Utilizing AMD RDNA 4 compute units with powerful raytracing and AI accelerators, these GPUs are designed for immersive 8K visuals and fast gaming and content creation. They offer exceptional visual quality for video streaming and editing with AMD HYPR-RX, which enhances performance and reduces latency across numerous games. AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 4 image upscaling with advanced frame generation technologies further increases framerates in supported titles. The AMD Radiance Display Engine enhances multimedia and streaming experiences. Both models feature dual Axial fans for efficient cooling during intense gaming sessions, operating quietly and withstanding higher temperatures thanks to dual ball bearings and lubricating oil.

Pricing and Availability

The Acer Nitro Intel Arc B580 OC 12GB is currently available in EMEA, starting at EUR 329. The Acer Nitro Radeon RX 9060 XT OC 16GB and the Acer Nitro Radeon RX 9060 XT OC 8GB graphics cards will be available in EMEA in June, starting at EUR 649.99 and EUR 599.99 respectively. Currently, there’s no word on the Malaysian price and availability at the time of writing.
