CelcomDigi Berhad (CelcomDigi) unveiled its groundbreaking CelcomDigi AI Experience Centre (AiX), a one-stop hub designed to spark innovation and collaboration in creating next-generation digital solutions.
This centre serves as a meeting point for cross-industry partnerships, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like 5G, AI, and robotics. This collaborative environment aims to accelerate advancements and empower the growth of startups, enterprises, and future skillsets, ultimately propelling Malaysia’s digital transformation.
Officially launched by the Minister of Communications, AiX offers an immersive experience that engages visitors through sight, sound, and touch. It showcases real-world solutions ready for immediate use. Built on a foundation of continuous development, the centre will regularly update its technology and exhibits to deliver fresh experiences and foster co-creation, enabling rapid experimentation and the creation of innovative solutions.

Datuk Idham Nawawi, CelcomDigi CEO, emphasized the importance of AI and other emerging technologies in revolutionizing the world. He highlighted CelcomDigi’s 1.5-year commitment to playing a key role, leveraging the company’s combined capabilities to invest in digitalisation, innovation, and sustainable growth for the nation.

Located at CelcomDigi Hub, AiX features two inspiring spaces: The Infinity and The Gallery.
The Infinity offers immersive experiences of digital society simulations. The Gallery showcases real-world industrial use cases, demonstrating the transformative potential of these technologies for enterprise growth. These simulations showcase 5G and AI-powered solutions across eight key sectors. Notably, some solutions are already being tested with Malaysian enterprises.
A Network of Innovation and Collaboration
Powered by a strong network of 40 global technology leaders and local partners, AiX features a collaborative space. This space is open to startups, enterprises, academic institutions, and government agencies to co-create, test-run, and validate new solutions.
AiX will be open to scheduled visits. Visitors can experience a glimpse into the future of our digital society through immersive exhibits. The use cases will be refreshed periodically to keep pace with the dynamic tech industry.
