Calling all fans of the classic Nokia 3210! HMD has unveiled a modern refresh of this iconic feature phone to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The new version boasts 4G connectivity and a USB-C charging port, bringing a touch of the present to a beloved device of the past.
Nokia 3210 available in Malaysia
The refreshed 3210 isn’t just about nostalgia. It comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA display and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also supports FM radio and Bluetooth 5.0. With the S30+ operating system, you can access cloud apps for news, weather, and YouTube Shorts. This ensures you’re not entirely disconnected from modern conveniences. And of course, what would a Nokia 3210 be without the classic Snake game?
The phone runs on a Unisoc T107 chip with 64MB of RAM and 128MB of internal storage. There’s also a microSD card slot for expandable storage up to 32GB. The removable 1,450mAh battery boasts up to 9.8 hours of talk time, and for those who like to capture memories (albeit in low resolution), there’s a 2MP camera on the back.
Price and availability
The good news for Malaysians looking for a hit of dumbphone nostalgia is that the Nokia 3210 reboot is now available for purchase through Nokia’s Shopee store. It comes in three colours: Scuba Blue, Grunge Black, and Y2K Gold, and retails at RM339.90.
There’s a bit of a caveat, however. Similar to the HMD Pulse, this phone is a global set shipped from China. It comes with a 12-month supplier warranty instead of a manufacturer warranty, so be sure to consider that before you buy.
