So Huawei has been producing some great laptops as of late, rivalling a lot of other companies, where just like their smartphones, they provide one of the best hardware or specs without making us burn our wallets.

And just when you think that we won’t be hearing from Huawei anytime soon, they said “uh uh”, because they are BACK with their very first launch of a desktop computer, which is the HUAWEI MateStation S that is priced at only RM2,999 for the whole entire set – the PC, monitor, keyboard and the mouse as well.

Hey guys, Adam Lobo here from Adam Lobo TV and since you all love it when I dive straight into the reasons on why you should get something. Well, for HUAWEI  MateStation S, I have 7 reasons why you should get it right now!

Reason #1 – World’s First Fingerprint Power On & Unlock Desktop PC

First is the fact that THIS is the world’s first fingerprint power on & unlock desktop.

As mentioned earlier that the MateStation comes with a keyboard, which has a quite comfortable and slim form factor and what’s extra cool is that there is a fingerprint power on button, very similar to their laptops but this starts up your PC and will log into Windows instantly.

Now, this is surely a huge plus as typical PCs only allow you to scan your fingerprint only when logging in to Windows, where you will need to usually manually turn on the power first.

Speaking of the keyboard again, I don’t know about you all, but I always preferred having a full-sized keyboard, especially with the number pad at the sides compared to a tiny little keyboard on laptops as it is even easier to use when it comes to video editing, since each scissor key mechanism has a 2.5mm travel and great tactility on every single press.

Now for those of you who are new and not familiar with what Multi-Screen Collaboration is, it is a feature that allows you to have your smartphone screen right at your laptop, or for this case the PC’s screen, to make daily tasks like answering your texts from your smartphone and transferring pictures on the PC itself without even lifting up your phone.

And if you are a student or working in a work from home situation, this makes things very handy for use cases when having a virtual meeting, and opening another screen to take notes and opening the 3rd screen for further research on the topic’s discussion.

Since the package comes with a 23.8-inch Full HD Display with a 90% screen to body ratio, it gives you high definition picture quality, so you don’t have to squint and look at every inch when it comes to precise video, audio and photo editing since you have that large of a display compared to using a typical laptop’s screen.

Now having a screen eye level is also way better to improve your posture when it comes to hours and hours of using the PC since the monitor is at somewhat of an eye-level.

Now since the MateStation S has vertical blade fans that work in tandem with the high-density bionic heat sink, it gives excellent cooling performance during a very long usage, where the previous video that I released on the channel took me about 8 hours of video editing and the fan didn’t sound like a lawn mower…vrooooooooooooooom…as it was quiet at 22 db when it’s idle and at only 28 dB when it’s doing intensive work on the PC.

And with this, it handles my Blackmagic RAW 6K files well, without any issues with playback, when it comes to video editing on Premiere Pro.

And if you live in a huge house, probably a two-storey or even three-storey house, you can also have more to be connected as a mesh system.

Also worth mentioning is that if you would like to upgrade the RAM and storage yourself, you can do so since it supports dual-channel DDR4 memory for additional SSD, HDD and RAM, which was extra sweet.
