Search Tunes with Circle to Search
Google continues to enhance its Circle to Search feature, introducing a new song search capability that aims to eliminate the need for external apps like Shazam or Soundhound.

Initially spotted on Reddit, the song search feature is now being rolled out to select Samsung Galaxy devices. Users can easily identify songs playing around them. They do this by long-pressing the navigation bar or home button. After that, they tap the music icon.
The feature offers a convenient way to find songs without opening the Google app. Users can even hum or sing a tune to search for the song stuck in their heads. A similar function is already available in the Google app and through Google Assistant. However, the integration into Circle to Search offers a more streamlined experience.
While the rollout is currently in progress, Google is expected to expand the song search feature to all devices that support the feature in the near future.
