Apple Launches HomePod mini in Midnight

A few months after its initial launch in Malaysia, Apple has introduced a new colour option for its popular HomePod mini smart speaker: midnight. Made with 100% recycled mesh fabric, the midnight version of the small HomePod retains the same compact design and impressive sound quality as the original.

At just 3.3 inches tall, the mini delivers room-filling audio and integrates seamlessly with Apple Music, offering access to over 100 million songs. For an immersive entertainment experience, users can even create a home theatre system by pairing the mini with Apple TV 4K.

Beyond entertainment, the mini boasts smart home capabilities powered by Siri. Users can control smart home devices, set automations, receive alerts, and manage everyday tasks using simple voice commands.

Price and Availability

The midnight HomePod mini joins the existing colour lineup of yellow, orange, blue, and white. Available for order starting July 17th, the midnight mini will be priced at RM529 and sold through Apple’s online store, Apple Stores, Apple Authorized Resellers, and select carriers.
