iQOO Malaysia has unveiled its newest smartphone, the iQOO Z9 5G. Now available for pre-order, the Z9 5G boasts impressive features for gamers and everyday users alike.

The phone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. It has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. A substantial 6,000mAh battery ensures long-lasting usage. Plus, it supports 80W fast charging for quick power-ups.
Display and Cameras
The new iQOO device features a smooth 144Hz AMOLED display with a 1.5k resolution for a sharp and responsive viewing experience. A 16MP selfie camera sits discreetly in a centre punch-hole cutout. On the back, a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor captures stunning photos, while a 2MP depth sensor assists in portrait shots.
Other Features
The phone boasts an IP64 dust and water resistance rating, a 6,043mm² vapour chamber for efficient cooling, and comes in two colour options: Breeze Green or Phantom Black.
Pricing and Promotions
The iQOO Z9 5G is priced at RM1,333 in Malaysia. Pre-orders are open until 8th May on the official iQOO Malaysia store on Shopee. Early bird promotions include free gifts worth up to RM357 (including earphones, extended warranty, and screen protection), a RM250 store voucher, and 12% Shopee cashback, bringing the effective price down to RM963.
