After its initial reveal last month, Nothing has officially launched the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, an upgraded version of their popular Phone (2a) smartphone. This new phone focuses on three key improvements: performance, camera, and design.

The Phone (2a) Plus boasts the world-exclusive MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro 5G processor, delivering a smoother and faster user experience. It has cutting-edge 4nm TSMC technology and an 8-core CPU reaching up to 3.0 GHz – nearly 10% faster than the Phone (2a). This translates to effortless multitasking and enhanced gaming performance with a 30% faster ARM Mali-G610 MC4 GPU. Nothing OS 2.6 with Smart Clean Technology further optimises performance by managing storage and RAM usage.  

Capture Stunning Moments

The camera system on the (2a) Plus receives a significant upgrade. It features a triple 50MP setup: a large main sensor with an f/1.88 lens, an ultra-wide sensor with a 114° field of view, and a brand new 50MP front camera for high-quality selfies and video calls. All three cameras capture stunning details and offer direct 50MP photo output, HDR capture, and 4K video recording. Low-light photography is also improved, with Night Mode and stabilisation features available for both main and front cameras.  

A Design Statement

Phone (2a) Plus introduces two new metallic colourways: Grey and Black. The metallic finish reflects the phone’s upgraded internals while maintaining Nothing’s signature transparent design elements. The phone features the thinnest bezels in Nothing’s lineup. Its 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display provides a high 91.65% screen-to-body ratio, achieved through a flexible design. With a peak brightness of 1300 nits, the screen ensures excellent visibility. It also supports a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, offering seamless interactions.
