OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G: Budget 5G Device with Big Battery and OxygenOS 13.1

After the launch of their flagship smartphone earlier this month, OnePlus has now unveiled its latest budget offering, the OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G. This phone packs in a decent set of specs for its price range, including a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor, 6.72-inch FHD+ display, 50MP main camera, and a massive 5,000mAh battery.

OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G

The Nord N30 SE 5G has a sleek and stylish design, available in two colours: Cyan Sparkle and Black Satin. The phone is lightweight and comfortable to hold, making it perfect for one-handed use. The 6.72-inch LTPS LCD display offers a smooth and clear viewing experience, even in bright sunlight.

The MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor is paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. This combination is sufficient for everyday tasks such as browsing the web, social media, and streaming videos. The phone also runs OxygenOS 13.1, which is based on Android 13. OxygenOS is known for its clean and bloatware-free interface, so you can expect a smooth and responsive user experience.

One of the highlights of the Nord N30 SE 5G is its battery life. The massive 5,000mAh battery is easily enough to last a full day on a single charge, even with moderate use. The phone also supports 33W fast charging, so you can quickly top up the battery when you’re running low.

The device has a triple-camera system on the back, consisting of a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and an 8MP front-facing camera. The camera system is capable of taking decent photos in good lighting conditions, but it’s not going to compete with the flagships.

Price and availability

The OnePlus Nord SE 5G is available in the UAE from the 31st January with a retail price of AED599 (RM771). No word yet as to when the device will make be available here as of yet. We will, however, keep you posted on that.
