Xiaomi has just announced that they will be reducing the price of the Redmi Note 13 and the Redmi 14C. Both devices will now retail at RM699 and RM499 respectively, down from RM899 and RM599. One thing to note (get it?) is that this is not the Note 13 5G but rather the Note 13 4G.

Redmi Note 13 and Redmi 14C Price Slashed

The Redmi Note 13 is powered by the Snapdragon 685 processor together with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage (up to 1TB). The device also packs a 5,000mAh battery with support of 33W fast charging. In terms of display, the Note 13 touts a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Moreover, the display has a peak brightness of 1,800 nits and has TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light Certification. The device also comes with a triple camera setup consisting of a 108MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. There’s also a 16MP selfie camera in front.

The Redmi 14C features a MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor, 8GB RAM (extendable to 16GB) and 256GB internal storage. Keeping the lights on is a 5,160mAH battery with 18W fast charging support. Furthermore, the 14C comes with a 6.88-inch HD display with a Dot Drop notch housing a 13MP selfie camera. The device comes with a dual camera setup which includes a 50MP main camera and 2MP auxiliary lens.
