If you were to tell me that Samsung’s very first premium experience store would be in Malaysia for Southeast Asia, I would say that you were joking!
Well, guess what? Samsung Malaysia made that possible by collaborating with Senheng to give current and future Samsung users a premium experience in the heart of KL at the Shoppes at Four Seasons Place.
Nowadays, users are drawn to a particular brand of smartphones based on the ecosystem of things, and that’s exactly what Samsung is clearly showing in this Experience Store.
Samsung goes through every product and the entire ecosystem of things, whether or not it is the consumer handheld devices like smartphones and tablets, TVs, microwaves, monitors and more; but before talking about what you can expect at the Experience Store, allow me to trackback and talk about the grand launch itself, as this was not a regular launch event.
The moment I approached the entrance of Shoppes, my first reaction and question to myself were, if there were more than one event going on at the same time, as the venue was packed!. There were many familiar media faces to VIPs from Samsung Malaysia and Senheng.
The event started with the official ribbon cutting with Samsung Malaysia’s VIPs, including the President and CEO of Samsung Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania, Jo Sang-Ho to the Chairman of Senheng, Mr. Lim KH, and the ceremony followed with a Lion Dance Performance to give the place it’s a full blessing. We were all then invited for the experiential tours.
So we are looking at a vast 5,399 sqft area with dedicated spaces or areas representing the six different ecosystems of things or experiential zones.
As you enter the store, you will first come into the Mobile eXperience, where you will find the latest Galaxy Tab S8 Series, the latest S22 Series to the Galaxy Z Series over in the middle of the area as well.
Turning towards the left, there are the Visual Displays, and I love how sexy The Sero looks in real life, “greeting” us to the area and here is the TVAV Zone where we see all the different Samsung’s TVs including my dream TV, the Neo QLED 8k TV!
Then placed in the corner left of the area is the BESPOKE AirDresser Zone, where just next to it, there is a wall of BESPOKE refrigerators with the unique color palettes to totally redefine your home, and there’s the washing machine and dryer section.
Moving over to the other side is the BESPOKE Kitchen Zone. There is a whole kitchen set up to showcase more of the BESPOKE refrigerators with more color options and the lovely colored microwave, which is coming soon, and yes, this got me excited too! And also placed over there is the BESPOKE Jet as well.
As you walk back towards the entrance and head to the left, here is where you will experience my favorite VD (TV) Zone, where there is a makeshift Living room to showcase further the Audio & Visual experience, including the Smart Monitor M Series on a “study area” as well
So yes, this is definitely a place to be if you genuinely want to know how extensive the whole Samsung ecosystem is, so do visit the Senheng x Samsung Premium Experience Store located at Lot G-01, Ground Floor in Shoppes at Four Seasons Place.
