Checking Your Estimated Delivery Date
Before placing an order, you can easily check the estimated delivery date. On the product page, simply click on the “Shipping Fee” section. The estimated delivery date will be displayed beneath the shipping fee information. You’ll find this information again on the checkout page under the “Shipping Option” section.
Claiming Your On-Time Guarantee Voucher (if applicable)
If your order doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, there’s no need to panic. You can claim a voucher by following these steps:
- Go to the “Me” page on the Shopee app and click on “To Receive” under “My Purchases”.
- Select your order and check the estimated delivery date within the order status section.
- If it’s late, a “Claim” button will appear on the Order Details Page. However, there’s a specific window to claim it: between midnight and 3 am (GMT+8) on the day after the estimated delivery date. This button will be available until you confirm that you’ve received the order. There’s also a three-day grace period to claim the voucher after your order is marked as “Completed”.
Understanding the Exceptions
It’s important to note that there are a few situations where you might not be eligible for the On-Time Guarantee Voucher:
- Early Confirmation of Receipt: If you accidentally confirm that you received the order before it actually arrived, you won’t be able to claim the voucher.
- Missed Claiming Period: The voucher won’t be available if you miss the claiming period.
- Failed Delivery Attempts on Your End: If there were failed delivery attempts due to factors on your end, such as refusing to accept the parcel or providing an incorrect address, the guarantee will be void.
