Silent Hill fans, mark your calendars! Konami just announced a special Silent Hill Transmission broadcast set for Thursday, 30th May at 4PM PT (31st May at 7AM for us Malaysians). This event promises to be a treasure trove of Silent Hill news and updates.

What to Expect at the Silent Hill Transmission

If you’ve been eagerly awaiting updates on the upcoming Silent Hill 2 Remake by Bloober Team, this broadcast might finally deliver. The last trailer dropped back in January 2024, leaving fans hungry for a release date. There’s also a chance we might hear news about the other two games revealed during the first Silent Hill Transmission in October 2022: Silent Hill: Townfall and Silent Hill f.

For those excited about the upcoming Silent Hill movie, “Return to Silent Hill,” the wait is about to get shorter. This film is an adaptation of Silent Hill 2 directed by Christophe Gans, who also helmed the 2006 movie. On 16th May, we caught a glimpse of the terrifying Pyramid Head in the movie. The broadcast assures us that it will explore the film further.
