You may be familiar with Sony’s renowned Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) headphones the WH-1000XM3. Now Sony has expanded its 1000X family to include the new WF-1000XM3, a pair of true wireless ANC earbuds that aim to shake up the industry once again.
Utilising Sony’s HD Noise Cancelling processor the QN1e, the earbuds boast lower power consumption resulting in better battery life. With the WF-1000XM3, users can listen up to 24 hours with Noise Cancelling on. This is partially thanks to the earbud’s sleek case which double up as a charger.
The earbuds even have a quick charge function that gives it 90 minutes of battery life with just 10 minutes of charging.
Just like its bigger cousin, the WH-1000XM3, the WF-1000XM3 has a Quick Attention mode that lowers the music volume, so you can hear what is happening around you, whenever you place your finger on the touch panel on the left earbud.
There is also a Wearing Detection feature that automatically pauses your music when you remove one of the earbuds from your ear and resumes it when you place it back on your ear.
That is not all, the earbuds are optimised for use with Google Assistant so you can tap on Google’s platform for information with just a press of a button and the sound of your voice.
The WF-1000XM3 is now available in Malaysia for RM949.
