Apple Fitness+ is shining a spotlight on the legendary Timbaland. The multi-platinum Grammy Award-winning producer, artist, and entrepreneur is featured in a new Time to Walk episode and a dedicated Artist Spotlight workout playlist.

In his Time to Walk episode, Timbaland shares insights about his life and career. He begins by opening up about his struggles with addiction. Additionally, he emphasises the importance of maintaining mental and physical health. Finally, he reflects on his deep friendship with Missy Elliott, showcasing the impact of their bond on his journey.

He also discusses the therapeutic benefits of walking and how it helps him find clarity and inspiration.
