Samsung has officially confirmed the date for its highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked event, set to take place on the 23rd of January, 2025. The event will serve as the stage for the highly anticipated unveiling of the Galaxy S25 series. In addition, it will shine a spotlight on new AI advancements under the “Galaxy AI” banner. Notably, these advancements may include a potential refresh for Samsung’s voice assistant, Bixby.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Speculations
The S25 lineup is expected to include the standard Galaxy S25, the S25 Plus, and the top-tier S25 Ultra. However, rumours suggest Samsung may introduce a new “Slim” variant to the mix, adding another dimension to the series. Exciting upgrades are expected for the S25 series. However, foldable devices are likely to be unveiled at a different Unpacked event. This event is expected to take place later in the year. It will likely follow Samsung’s usual summer launch schedule.
A significant leak hints at Samsung potentially adopting a dedicated camera button, a feature that has long been a hallmark of Apple’s iPhones. Furthermore, reports indicate that the S25 series may come with complimentary access to Google’s advanced AI model, Gemini, for a limited time.
