Android Authority has discovered code strings in version 16.7.21.sa.arm64 of the Google app that hints at upcoming Xiaomi devices being eligible for a redemption of the Google One AI Premium subscription. While the specific device names remain undisclosed, speculation points towards the highly anticipated Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra as the prime candidates.
This development follows Google’s strategy of bundling Gemini Advanced access with its Pixel 9 series through a year-long Google One AI Premium subscription. Samsung also recently announced a similar offer, providing six months of free access to Galaxy S25 buyers.
