ASUS Announces the Launch of the ASUS Vivobook S14/S16 Series: Engineered for Performance and Portability
ASUS has unveiled the latest additions to its acclaimed Vivobook line with the introduction of the Vivobook S14 (models S3407CA/VA) and S16 (model S3607VA) series. The designers meticulously crafted these lightweight 14-inch and 16-inch laptops to meet the diverse needs of contemporary users, blending sophisticated aesthetics, robust performance, and intelligent functionality.

The Vivobook S14/S16 series exhibits a sleek and minimalist design, characterised by its ultra-slim profile of 1.59cm and a starting weight of just 1.39kg. Moreover, constructed with a durable metal chassis, these laptops provide a harmonious balance of style and resilience, thus ensuring reliability for professionals and individuals on the go.
Engineers designed these laptops for optimal productivity, equipping them with up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor (Series 2) and a high-capacity 70Wh battery. As a result, this combination delivers exceptional responsiveness and an impressive battery life of up to 20 hours. Furthermore, it is complemented by fast-charge technology that enables a 60% charge in a mere 49 minutes, thereby minimising downtime and maximising efficiency.
Integration of Intelligent AI-Powered Features
A dedicated Copilot key provides immediate access to Microsoft Copilot, enhancing user interaction with an intelligent AI assistant. Furthermore, ASUS has incorporated advanced AI-driven solutions, including ASUS AI noise cancellation and ASUS 3D Noise Reduction (3DNR) video technology, to ensure superior clarity and visual fidelity during virtual meetings and collaborative sessions.
The Vivobook S14/S16 series offers premium display options, featuring up to a 16-inch 16:10 FHD+ IPS panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and an anti-glare coating. These displays boast an expansive screen-to-body ratio of 86% (S14) or 89% (S16) and incorporate low-blue-light technology for enhanced visual comfort. Availability and Pricing
The ASUS Vivobook S14/S16 series will be available through authorised ASUS resellers commencing 19th May 2025.
- The ASUS Vivobook S14 (S3407VA) and S16 (S3607VA) will be offered in Matte Gray and Cool Silver, with a starting price of RM3,199.
- The ASUS Vivobook S14 (S3407CA) will be available exclusively in Cool Silver, priced at RM4,099.
ASUS also announced the future availability of a Snapdragon X-powered Copilot+ PC variant of the Vivobook S14/16 (S3407QA/S3607QA), anticipated in July 2025.
