ROG and Kojima Productions Unveil “Visionary” Gaming Collection
In a major move that bridges the gap between high-performance hardware and avant-garde storytelling, ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has officially launched a new collaboration with Kojima Productions. Announced yesterday, following the lift of an embargo, the partnership introduces a suite of limited-edition gear centred around the new ROG Flow Z13-KJP, a device designed to embody the “creative exploration” of Hideo Kojima’s studio.
The collection, which features the studio’s iconic mascot Ludens, includes a powerful 2-in-1 tablet, a headset, a mouse, and a mouse pad.
The Centrepiece: ROG Flow Z13-KJP
The star of the lineup is the ROG Flow Z13-KJP, a specialised version of ROG’s acclaimed tablet-laptop hybrid. Designed by renowned artist Yoji Shinkawa, the chassis boasts industrial, sci-fi aesthetics that align with Kojima Productions’ design language.
Under the hood, the device is a significant powerhouse. It runs on the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, paired with Radeon 8060S graphics. Notably, it includes a 50 TOPS NPU (Neural Processing Unit), signalling a strong push toward on-device AI acceleration for both gaming and creative workflows.

To create a cohesive desktop environment, ROG also released three peripherals styled to match the Z13-KJP:
- ROG Delta II-KJP Headset: Features 50mm titanium-plated drivers and a 10mm superwideband microphone. It supports “DualFlow Audio” for connecting to two devices simultaneously and boasts up to 100 hours of battery life.
- ROG Keris II Origin-KJP Mouse: An ultra-lightweight ergonomic mouse weighing just 63 grams. It uses the ROG AimPoint Pro optical sensor (42,000 dpi) and SpeedNova wireless technology to ensure low latency.
- ROG Scabbard II XXL-KJP Mouse Pad: A massive desk mat featuring a hand-drawn Ludens motif by Yoji Shinkawa. It is treated to be water, oil, and dust-repellent.
A Fusion of Art and Tech
In their press statement, ROG described the partnership as a way to “merge high-performance gaming technology with visionary storytelling.” By leveraging the artistic direction of Shinkawa and the technical engineering of ROG, the collection is positioned as functional art for gamers and creators alike.
The collection is set to arrive in Malaysia soon, following the global launch on January 6. Local pricing and availability details are expected to be revealed by authorised retailers shortly.
