Lenovo Unveils ThinkSmart One Pro: An AI-Driven Collaboration Bar for Small Rooms
TL;DR: Lenovo has launched the ThinkSmart One Pro, the world’s first collaboration bar running Windows 11 IoT Enterprise. Designed for small meeting rooms, it features an Intel Core i5 processor, AI auto-framing, video fencing, and an 8-mic array. Prices start at $2,999.
Lenovo has officially announced the ThinkSmart One Pro, a new integrated collaboration solution designed specifically for small meeting rooms and dedicated home office spaces.
Billed as the world’s first collaboration bar running Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, the device is powered by an embedded Intel Core i5 processor with Intel vPro technology. It natively supports popular video conferencing applications such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms right out of the box.
AI-Powered Audio and Video

The ThinkSmart One Pro packs advanced artificial intelligence to elevate hybrid meetings. It features a high-resolution camera equipped with AI-driven dynamic composition and intelligent zoom to automatically frame participants. A standout feature is “video fencing,” which blocks out unwanted background areas to keep the focus squarely on the active meeting space, delivering a polished experience for remote attendees.
Audio is handled by eight integrated microphones that offer 180-degree wide-range coverage. Built-in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) provides echo cancellation, noise suppression, and audio levelling so everyone is heard clearly regardless of how loudly they speak. The setup is completed with room-filling stereo speakers to enhance engagement.
For privacy and ease of use, the device includes clear LED indicator lights for power, mute, and camera status, along with a manual privacy shutter.
Seamless Connectivity and Management
For maximum flexibility, the bar includes a Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) mode. Users can connect their own Lenovo laptops and leverage the premium audio and video hardware for calls on platforms like Webex and Google Meet, seamlessly adapting to whatever ecosystem a team prefers.
To manage the meeting experience, customers can pair the bar with either the ThinkSmart Controller or the Lenovo IP Controller. Both feature an intuitive 10.1-inch touch display with an anti-glare, anti-smudge screen. For IT teams, the preloaded ThinkSmart Manager allows for remote deployment, monitoring, and updating across the entire device fleet from a single dashboard.
Pricing and Availability
The ThinkSmart One Pro will be available in select global markets. Pricing starts at $2,999 for the bundle with the standard USB Controller, and $3,499 for the package featuring the IP Controller, which supports lag-free HDMI on the table and PoE connectivity.
