Casio Collaborates with Selangor FC for Special Edition G-SHOCK
Casio Malaysia has unveiled a special edition DW-5600 timepiece in collaboration with Selangor FC. The watch, officially named the “Lambang Kebanggaan” DW-5600SFC24-4, is a tribute to the team’s motto and features a striking design in Selangor’s iconic red and yellow colours.
As the official timekeeper for Selangor Football Club since 2023, Casio has seamlessly integrated the club’s identity into this limited-edition timepiece. The classic DW-5600 silhouette remains intact, but with a bold color scheme that reflects the team’s spirit. A unique feature is the LED backlight, which illuminates the Selangor FC emblem on the watch face.
Casio expressed its enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “The collaboration model is a true gem for the club’s fans, embodying the spirit of both G-SHOCK and Selangor FC. It celebrates the pride of unity shared through the ups and downs with the Red Giants.”
Only 1,000 units of the Lambang Kebanggaan DW-5600SFC24-4 will be available, priced at RM495. The watch was initially available online but quickly sold out. Starting from the 7th of December, fans can purchase the limited edition timepiece at authorised Casio stores nationwide.
