While the full o3 model will be initially available exclusively to ChatGPT Plus subscribers in the coming weeks, OpenAI has confirmed that the more streamlined o3-mini will be offered to all users, including those utilizing the free version of ChatGPT.
However, as with previous model releases, access to o3-mini will be subject to usage limits for free users. ChatGPT Plus subscribers can expect more extensive access to the model’s capabilities.
