Samsung Galaxy S25 Renders Leak, Confirming Sleek Design and Key Features

Renowned leaker Evan Blass has dropped a set of official-looking renders of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 series. The images don’t reveal groundbreaking new information. However, they confirm earlier leaks. They also provide a closer look at the design of the three expected models: the Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra.

The most notable design change appears to be the significantly more rounded corners on the S25 Ultra, aligning it more closely with the aesthetic of the standard and Plus models. All three devices showcase refined camera “circle-islands” and slimmer bezels compared to their predecessors.

Under the Hood

Rumours suggest that all three Galaxy S25 models will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This will be a significant upgrade over last year’s offerings. The S25 Ultra is expected to feature a 50MP ultrawide camera, enhancing its photography capabilities. Meanwhile, the base S25 model is predicted to finally upgrade to 12GB of RAM.

Missing in Action: The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim

Intriguingly, Blass’ leak does not include the rumoured Galaxy S25 Slim, a potential new addition to the lineup. This absence has sparked speculation about the existence of this model, with confirmation likely to arrive during Samsung’s upcoming Unpacked event.

Unpacked Event Looms

Samsung’s Unpacked event is scheduled for the 23rd of January, 2025, at 2 AM local time. The event will be live-streamed on the company’s website and social media channels, where we can expect the official unveiling of the Galaxy S25 series and other exciting announcements.
