Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Heads to PS4 and Xbox One Consoles

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Comes to Last-Gen Consoles

EA has announced that the highly anticipated Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be available for Xbox One and PS4 on 17th September. Fans of the original Fallen Order who haven’t upgraded to current-gen consoles will finally be able to experience the sequel. However, given the performance struggles faced by the PC and current-gen versions, there’s a sense of caution among potential buyers.

While the game has been critically acclaimed for its immersive Star Wars experience, it’s undeniable that performance issues, especially on PC, have been a major point of contention. Although improvements have been made to the Xbox and PS5 versions, the game’s technical challenges remain a concern.

How well the game will run on older hardware remains to be seen. For those who enjoyed Fallen Order on their Xbox One or PS4, Survivor might offer a satisfying story continuation. But for those prioritising smooth gameplay, waiting for reviews and performance benchmarks might be wise before diving in.
