Harvey Norman have announced that they will be offering Elon Musk’s Starlink for pre-order. The announcement was made through their Facebook page recently. They also stated that they are the first official retailer for Starlink in the country.

Starlink available now through Harvey Norman

Harvey Norman will be offering the full satellite kit which is priced at RM2,300. The kit will include the satellite itself, a base, a router, a Starlink cable and a power cable. The package is open for pre-order now on the official Harvey Norman website and will arrive to customers 6th February onwards. Additionally, Harvey Norman is also offering interest-free instalment plans through Grab PayLater, LatitudePay, HSBC and Maybank.

Another thing of note is that those who purchase the dish through the retailer will stand to get free shipping or free pickup from their stores. As opposed to those who purchase from Starlink themselves, who will impose an RM100 shipping and handling fee.

Harvey Norman only offers the satellite kit, however, and the subscription plan is completely separate. You can sign up for the subscription plan through the Starlink website. Currently, there are three different subscription plans that you can choose from; Standard, Priority or Mobile. The Standard plan caters to households for RM220 per month, while businesses find their fit in the Priority plan, starting at RM571 per month. The Mobile plan on the other hand is for those who’re constantly on the go and will set you back starting from RM700 per month.
