TIME Home Internet Launches No Lock-In Fibre Plans in Malaysia
Time Home Internet has introduced a new limited-time promotion for its No Contract fibre broadband plans, offering Malaysians a fully commitment-free Internet option with no lock-in period, no deposit, and no termination penalty.
Available from 8 January 2026, the promotion is aimed at renters, digital nomads, and users who want fast home Internet without long-term obligations. Unlike many so-called no-contract plans in the market, Time says its offer removes common restrictions such as upfront deposits, hidden fees, or device tie-ins.
Under the promotion, customers can choose between two plans: 600Mbps at RM139 per month or 1Gbps at RM199 per month. Both plans include free installation, a WiFi 6 router, and flexible installation appointments, including weekends and after-hours slots.
According to Time, the new No Lock-In plans are designed to deliver the same performance as its standard fibre services, while giving users the freedom to start or stop the service at any time without penalty.
“At Time, our position is simple: Internet that just works,” said Timur Umetayev, Chief Executive Officer of Time Home Internet. “This limited-time promotion on our No Contract plans reflects our commitment to transparency and to removing unnecessary barriers for customers who just want fast, reliable Internet.”
A push for simpler Internet experiences
The launch also ties into Time Home Internet’s broader brand push to simplify everyday experiences for consumers. As part of this campaign, Time will partner with Koppiku from 19 December 2025 to 30 January 2026 to offer free coffee at selected malls and corporate hubs across the Klang Valley.
Time says initiatives like these are meant to connect with consumers beyond traditional marketing, while reinforcing its focus on reliability, stability, and ease of use.
