Under the hood, the Redmi 7A is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor that Xiaomi claims to be incredibly power efficient. Adding to that, the large battery is said to allow the phone to last up to two days of normal use.

Other additional features include the ability to receive FM radio signals without an external antenna, along with support for loud
audio output, Redmi 7A allows users to listen to their favourite FM radio stations headset-free.

There is also a dedicated microSD card slot and a headphone jack, both of which are becoming increasingly rare in smartphones these days.
