From Smart Kitchens to E-Sports: Xiaomi Launches New Mijia Appliances and Monitors
Xiaomi has significantly expanded its smart home and entertainment portfolio in Malaysia, unveiling a suite of new Mijia appliances alongside two flagship gaming monitors. The launch introduces four new kitchen and home living solutions designed to elevate modern convenience, as well as high-performance displays for e-sports enthusiasts.
Smart Kitchen and Home Solutions
Leading the new home lineup is the Mijia Smart Air Purifier Max, a high-performance unit capable of purifying a 10m² room in just 1.6 minutes. It features a dual-impeller system with a particle CADR of 1006.5 m³/h and a four-stage filtration process that includes UV-C disinfection, removing up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
In the kitchen, Xiaomi introduced three new devices:
- Xiaomi Multifunctional Hot Pot Cooker 6L: A large-capacity cooker with 2000W power, capable of boiling 2L of water in under 8 minutes. It features a split-pot design for versatility and precise NTC temperature control.
- Xiaomi Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine: A compact 20-bar espresso maker with a professional steam wand and NTC temperature stability, designed for home baristas.
- Xiaomi Dual Zone Air Fryer 10L: A massive air fryer with independent dual baskets (3.5L and 6.5L), allowing users to cook two different dishes simultaneously. It boasts 2,700W power and smart synchronisation to ensure both baskets finish cooking at the same time.
Next-Gen Gaming Monitors
For gamers, Xiaomi revealed two new displays under its G Pro series:
- Xiaomi Mini LED Gaming Monitor G Pro 27Qi 2026: A 27-inch 2K display with Mini LED technology, boasting HDR1000 certification, 1,152 local dimming zones, and a 180Hz refresh rate with 1ms response time.
- Xiaomi Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi 2026: A 34-inch ultra-wide WQHD (3440 x 1440) curved monitor with a 1500R curvature, 180Hz refresh rate, and 95% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage.

The new appliances are available for purchase starting today, except for the air purifier, which hits shelves on 21 January.
