POCO M7 Pro 5G Now in Malaysia
After the F7 Series, POCO has officially launched the POCO M7 Pro 5G, in the Malaysian market. Aimed at budget-savvy consumers seeking advanced capabilities, the new device brings 5G connectivity, upgraded performance, enhanced camera features, and improved display technology to the M-series lineup.
At its core, the POCO M7 Pro 5G is powered by the Dimensity 7025-Ultra processor. As a result, it is positioned as one of the top performers in its segment, boasting an impressive AnTuTu benchmark score of 477,003. Consequently, this powerful chipset ensures smooth 5G gaming experiences. Additionally, for multitasking and app loading, the device comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Furthermore, it supports virtual RAM expansion of up to an additional 12GB. Storage needs are met with 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The device features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080. Most notably, it offers a peak brightness of 2100 nits — the highest ever for a POCO M-Series phone. The POCO M7 Pro 5G brings a major upgrade to its camera system. For starters, it features a 50MP main sensor powered by the Sony IMX882, with a large 1/1.95″ sensor size. On top of that, stability is greatly improved thanks to the inclusion of both Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS).
