Honor Malaysia has just announced the Honor 20 Lite, a mid range device with a triple-camera setup with some decent specs to boot.
Let’s start off with the camera. The Honor 20 Lite comes with a 24MP main camera with an f1.8 aperture and a secondary 8MP, 17mm ultra wide lens with an f2.4 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor lens with f2.4 aperture. The front-facing shooter is 32MP with f2.0 aperture. All in all, a decent array of lenses with what should output with some decent quality. The Honor 20 Lite is said to be also capable 1080p video recording at 30FPS on both the front-facing and back cameras
Running the device, we get the Kirin 710 chipset coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB Storage. Powering the device we get a 3400mAh battery while the OS of choice is Android 9 (Pie) with the latest EMUI 9 Skin.
The Honor 20 Lite has a curved body design, emulating the other devices Honor releases. Although, Honor has opted for a plastic back with a gradient colour finish. It gives the phone a 3D optical effect with Honor claiming 8 layers of processing. What all this means is, it looks beautiful and has a premium feel to it.
The display is a 6.21” full view display with a dewdrop notch up top and thin bezels surrounding the screen. The screen has a 1080 by 2340 resolution with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It drives the whole premium feel of the device even further. Being a mid-range device, we’re happy to note the inclusion of a headphone jack and a micro USB port for charging and data transfer. While the inclusion of a fingerprint sensor is a welcome addition.
The Honor 20 Lite comes in two colors; Phantom Blue and Phantom Red.
