Five months is an eternity in the realm of smartphones. That was how long ago the HONOR 9 X were announced but now finally after months of waiting, the phones will finally be hitting Malaysian shores.
The details are still scant but HONOR Malaysia’s Facebook page is hinting strongly that the HONOR X series is coming.
On paper, the HONOR 9X many similarities such as a 6.59-inch Full HD+ display along with a Kirin 810 chipset. They even share the same 4,000mAh battery.
However, when it comes to optics that’s where the two diverge slightly. They sport the 2019 trendy pop-up selfie camera that captures 16-Megapixel images. On the back meanwhile, they share a 48-Megapixel primary camera that is supplemented by a 2-Megapixel depth camera.
HONOR will be offering the 9X in a variety of different models. There are three variants for the 9X with 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB models.
