- The Speed: With write speeds reaching 800MB/s, the internal NAND flash is faster than almost any microSD card on the market. This ensures zero dropped frames, even when shooting at the new 4K/240fps slow-motion setting.
- The Reliability: We’ve all been there—the “SD Card Error” mid-vlog. By moving the primary recording to internal memory, DJI has removed the single biggest point of failure for solo creators.

Verdict
If you already own the Pocket 3, you don’t need the 4 unless you’re doing heavy slow-motion (4K/240fps) or you’re a professional colour grader who needs that True D-Log. But for everyone else?
