Google Pixel Watch 3 Debuts with Dual Size Options
Google has officially unveiled its latest wearable, the Google Pixel Watch 3. A departure from its predecessors, the new smartwatch comes in two distinct sizes: a 41mm model and a larger 45mm variant. Both versions feature vibrant 1.2-inch and 1.4-inch AMOLED displays, respectively, with a peak brightness of 200 nits.
Under the hood, the Pixel Watch 3 retains the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chipset found in its predecessor, paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. Powering the device is a 307mAh or 420mAh battery, depending on the size, which supports fast charging. Google claims up to 36 hours of battery life under normal usage, and 24 hours with the always-on display enabled.
A comprehensive suite of health and fitness features is included, such as heart rate monitoring, ECG, SpO2, skin temperature measurement, GPS, barometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer. The smartwatch also offers LTE and Bluetooth connectivity for seamless integration with smartphones. Running on Wear OS 5.0, the Pixel Watch 3 provides a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Beyond health tracking, the smartwatch offers additional functionalities like controlling Pixel device cameras, viewing Nest camera feeds, and streaming music directly to audio devices.
The Google Pixel 9 Series and Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 also made their official debut here in Malaysia today.
The Google Pixel Watch 3 will be available starting from the 10th of September with a starting price of RM1,849. You can buy them through Shopee, Lazada, CelcomDigi, Maxis, Urban Republic, and Senheng.
