OPPO Malaysia has launched their newest smartphone, the OPPO A60. It boasts a premium design with military-grade shock resistance, a bright display that works even when wet, and a long-lasting battery with fast charging.

OPPO A60: Trendy, Durable, and Packed with Power

The A60 is thin and lightweight, measuring just 7.68mm and weighing around 186g. It comes in two colours: Ripple Blue, with a wave-like texture, and Midnight Purple, with a shimmering dark purple finish. Both models have a double-circle camera design and are built to withstand everyday wear and tear.

The A60 features a 6.67-inch display with a peak brightness of 950 nits, making it easy to see even in bright sunlight. The 90Hz refresh rate ensures smooth visuals. Additionally, the phone’s IP54 rating protects it from splashes, and the innovative Splash Touch technology allows the screen to work accurately even when wet.

The A60 packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W SUPERVOOC TM Flash Charge, which can charge the battery to 50% in just 30 minutes. The battery is built to last for up to four years, and Smart Charging helps prevent premature ageing.

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 680 Mobile Platform and comes with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. OPPO’s RAM Expansion feature allows you to convert unused storage into RAM for smoother multitasking. ColorOS 14’s Trinity Engine further optimizes performance.

The A60 features dual stereo speakers with an Ultra Volume Mode that can boost the volume by up to 300%. The triple-camera system on the back includes a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP portrait sensor, and an 8MP front-facing camera.

Price and availability

The OPPO A60 comes in Ripple Blue and Midnight Purple. The 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM model is priced at RM699, while the 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM model costs RM799. It is available at various OPPO stores and online stores on Shopee and Lazada.
