HUAWEI Confirms Global Launch for HUAWEI Mate X7 Foldable in Dubai on December 11
HUAWEI has officially announced that its latest flagship foldable smartphone, the HUAWEI Mate X7, is set to make its global debut on 11 December 2025. The launch event will take place in Dubai, mirroring the company’s strategy from the previous year, when it also selected the Emirati city as the stage for its major international unveilings.
Following its initial domestic release last week, the tech giant is moving quickly to bring the device to international markets. While a comprehensive list of countries for the initial rollout has not yet been released, promotional activities on HUAWEI’s official websites in the UAE and Saudi Arabia suggest these markets will likely be among the first to receive the device.
Key Specifications
The HUAWEI Mate X7 aims to compete in the premium foldable segment with high-end hardware specifications. According to reports, the global variant is expected to be powered by the new Kirin 9030 Pro chipset and feature a large 8-inch primary foldable screen. Powering the device is a robust 5,525mAh battery. Photography capabilities are handled by a versatile triple-camera system, which includes a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 40MP ultra-wide lens.
