Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 Promo Images Have Been Leaked

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 Leaks Reveal Minor Upgrade Over Flip5

Samsung’s upcoming foldable phone, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6, won’t be a surprise design-wise thanks to a leak of official-looking promotional images. Serial leaker Evan Blass, known on X as @evleaks, shared these images revealing the phone in various colours.

The Z Flip6 is expected to be more expensive than its predecessor, the Flip5. Rumours suggest it will sport a 6.7-inch main screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 3.4-inch cover display. Under the hood, it should pack the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with 256GB or 512GB of storage.

The camera department appears to see a bump with a 50MP main sensor replacing the Flip5’s main camera. The ultrawide sensor and selfie camera, however, are expected to remain unchanged. Interestingly, the Z Flip6 is said to retain the same dimensions and weight as the Flip5 while somehow squeezing in a larger 4,000mAh battery.

Overall, the leaks suggest the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 is a modest upgrade over the Flip5. The main improvements seem to be a higher resolution and likely better main camera, and a slightly bigger battery. We’ll know for sure when Samsung officially unveils the phone at its Unpacked event in Paris next week on the 10th of July.
